Practice and Membership

Tell me about your new practice.

Evolve Gyn is a membership-based gynecology and midlife care practice launching October 5, 2026 in Manhattan. After nearly two decades at Calla Women's Health, I am building the practice I always meant to run: one with enough time to truly know you, address your health comprehensively, and give you the full picture at every visit.

The women I care for are rarely dealing with just one thing. Perimenopause and sexual health and metabolic changes are connected, and they deserve a physician who has the time to treat them that way. Evolve Gyn was built to make that possible.

How does your practice differ from a standard OB/GYN?

Most OB/GYN appointments are structured around a single concern. You get your 15 minutes, you address the item that brought you in, and you leave with a referral for everything else. I practice differently.

My approach is comprehensive and co-creative: I look at your whole picture, hormones, sexual health, metabolic wellness, perimenopause, and pelvic concerns together, not as separate appointments. I will walk you through every option A to Z before you make any decision. Nothing gets taken off the table. When you come in, you will always see me.

How does the membership work, and what does it include?

This is a membership-based practice. Rather than billing through insurance per visit, you pay an annual fee for comprehensive, continuous care. Membership includes your intake and annual wellness exam, up to 10 additional visits per year (in-person or telehealth), sick and urgent visits, perimenopause and menopause management including hormone therapy, sexual medicine, gynecologic care and procedures, metabolic health support, early pregnancy care up to 14 weeks, and full care coordination. After-hours virtual urgent care is included.

Lab tests, imaging, hospital services, GLP-1 medications, and certain procedures are not included in the membership fee and may be billed separately. A full services list is available by contacting our membership team.

How is the membership fee paid?

The full membership fee does not need to be paid upfront. Most members pay on a semi-annual or quarterly basis. Please contact our membership team to discuss the payment schedule that works best for you.

Can I add a daughter to my membership?

Yes. Daughters age 26 and under may enroll at a discounted annual membership rate of $1,500. Please contact the practice for details.

Why is membership-based care worth it?

Research consistently shows that relationship-based, high-touch care leads to better outcomes: fewer hospitalizations, earlier detection, and more coherent care coordination. When your physician actually knows you, has time to think about your case, and stays engaged between visits, the quality of your care changes fundamentally.

I spent years providing this level of care inside an insurance model that was not designed for it. Membership is what makes it sustainable and what makes it available to you.

If you are on the fence, I encourage you to schedule a call with our membership team. If you join and are not satisfied after a year, I will personally help you find another trusted physician in New York.

How can I enroll?

Enrollment is intentionally limited and is first-come, first-served. Once the practice reaches capacity, a waitlist will be established. To enroll, click the enroll button on the website or call to speak with our membership team directly. Founding rate pricing is available for a limited time.
